When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the EU, depending on your country and local courier service.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order includes tracking information. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is shipped.

Do you ship outside the EU?

No, at the moment, we deliver only within the European Union.

What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?
